Using the Highlands' rolling terrain as inspiration, Faldo is planning a valley-style course for Bella Collina. Unique to central Florida, this design will feature open fairways and sweeping dunes. And since the course will overlook two lakes and orange groves, the visual beauty promises to complement an already incomparable experience. This is the first Faldo Championship golf course in Florida.

With a planned location amid the orange groves with views of both lakes, our first-class equestrian center will feature training areas, private stables, a show area, riding trails and pastures. In addition, we will offer a variety of opportunities to benefit both the novice and seasoned rider.

Bella Collina will offer one of the grandest clubhouses in all of central Florida. Italian statues amid finely crafted stonework and lush landscaping. Multi-level destinations offering quiet pools and fountains. Handcrafted appointments and authentic Tuscan design will make this clubhouse a feast for the eyes, while the unprecedented levels of hospitality will offer comfort for the soul.

The Grand Clubhouse will be designed by Mike Marsh of Marsh & Associates who is the designer of TheBridges in CA. The Clubhouse will be approx. 50,000 sq. ft.

Throughout the community will be a walking/biking path that will offer an experience unlike anywhere else. On any given stroll you'll pass by orange groves, live oaks and towering pines. You'll see beautiful lake scenes, riders on horseback and families at play. You'll be witness to the people, the places and the spirit that together will make up this community.

Featuring Har-Tru tennis courts which will be lighted for evening play, it will be easy to find a time to practice your serve at the Bella Collina Tennis Facilities. Whether you have a weekly game with friends or private lessons with the pro, Bella Collina will offer a world-class tennis experience every time.

With a swimming complex featuring a children's pool and slide, junior size Olympic free form, whirlpool spa, snack bar and a covered terrace, a day at the pool at Bella Collina will be a true Club experience for the entire family.
